How Our Pool Cleaning Plans Work
Every pool needs the same basics, chemistry, circulation, cleaning, but no two pools need them in the same amounts. A shaded Shadowridge pool fights algae; a sun-blasted San Marcos pool burns through chlorine; a pool under Fallbrook oaks fills its baskets twice a week. Our plans are built around that. Chemical-Only suits owners who like to brush and net themselves but want the chemistry, the equipment check and the photo report handled professionally.
Standard Weekly is the plan most families choose: the full visit, every week, chemicals included. Next Level Service, our most popular plan, adds the extra time tree-heavy and high-use pools actually need, plus the filter and salt cell cleans scheduled for you. Whichever you choose, you get the photo report and the same technician.
Weekly Pool Cleaning Plans in North County: Your Questions Answered
Can I cancel if I change my mind?
Yes, any time. There's no contract. Call or text the office and we'll stop service after your next billed visit.
Are repairs included?
Every plan includes equipment monitoring and a written diagnosis when something's wrong. Most problems get solved during the diagnostic visit. Work that requires a C-53 contractor is referred to our licensed partner and billed by them, not us.
How am I billed?
Monthly, on the 1st, by card or ACH autopay, or by check within 30 days.
Who shows up at my pool each week?
Yes. One dedicated tech, unless he's sick or on vacation, and you'll hear from us before the visit if so.
Same day each week?
Yes. Same day, roughly the same window, every week.
Are filter cleans included?
Filter cleaning is a separate line item on Chemical-Only and Standard Weekly. We log pressure every visit and schedule the clean when the gauge says so. Next Level Service includes a quarterly filter and salt cell clean (where applicable).
Do you offer seasonal service?
Yes. If you're away part of the year or use the pool less in winter, tell us and we'll adjust the plan.
What does weekly service cost?
Service starting at $37.50/week. Pools are quoted by size and condition.
