Next Level Pool Service And Repair is an owner-operated pool company on West Vista Way in Vista. James started on a pool route in Vista more than fifteen years ago, learned the hard way what calcium hardness does to North County plaster, and has built, grown and run routes across Oceanside, Carlsbad, San Marcos and Escondido ever since. The company is small on purpose. Small enough that the owner still answers the phone, that your technician knows your pool's history, and that nobody is paid to sell you a pump. We hold CPO and CPI certifications through the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance, we're insured, and we don't take contracts, because we'd rather earn next month than lock you into it.

1. Test before touching anything: free chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness, stabilizer and salt, every visit.
2. Write it down: a photo report after every visit, in your customer portal before we leave.
3. Don't sell the fix: diagnose in writing, fix what maintenance can fix, refer the rest to a licensed contractor.
4. No contracts, ever.
