Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the pool services provided by Next Level Pool Service ("Next Level," "we," "us," or "our") of Vista, California, and your use of our website at nextlevelpoolservice.com. By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Next Level provides weekly and recurring pool maintenance, water testing and balancing, cleaning, and equipment diagnostics for residential and commercial pools in North County San Diego. Diagnostics identify a problem and give our honest opinion in writing; they are not a guarantee of a specific repair outcome.

Work that requires a licensed contractor — anything involving parts, wiring, gas, or plumbing — is referred to Pool-Clinic Inc., a licensed C-53 swimming pool contractor (CSLB #1122305). You contract with them directly, and Next Level takes no fee and no responsibility for that work.

Free visits and promotions

• New weekly customers receive their first month of weekly service free; military households (active, reserve, retired, or veteran, any branch), first responders, and hospital staff receive their first eight weekly visits free.
• One promotional offer per household. The pool must be in swimmable condition to start; a green-pool or one-time cleanup is quoted separately.
• There is no contract and no cancellation fee. You may cancel weekly service at any time with a call or text.
• Promotional terms may change; the terms in effect when you start apply to you.

Pricing and billing

• Weekly pool service starts at $37.50/week and is quoted by pool size and equipment. The advertised starting rate reflects above-ground spa maintenance; in-ground pools are quoted individually.
• Routine balancing chemicals are included in the weekly rate. Filter cleans and salt cell cleaning are quoted separately and are typically performed every three months, or sooner if equipment readings call for it.
• One-time treatments, repairs, and parts are quoted separately before work is done.
• Invoices are billed on the schedule we agree to and are due on receipt unless stated otherwise.

Scheduling and property access

• Service is performed on a regular route day. You do not need to be home, but we need reliable gate access (a code, a key, or an unlocked side gate). We latch gates behind us.
• Please tell us about dogs in advance and keep them inside on route day. We may skip a visit if we cannot safely access the pool.
• If we ever miss a scheduled visit without notice, that visit is free.

Text messaging

By providing your phone number and consenting, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Next Level (quote follow-ups, reminders, scheduling, photo reports, and updates). Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Except as required by law, our services are provided "as is," and we make no warranty that any pool, surface, or piece of equipment will be free of problems that pre-date or are outside our routine service. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, equipment failures we did not cause, or damage resulting from conditions we could not reasonably detect. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
