How the quote works.

Weekly pool service is quoted by pool size and what's on the equipment pad, and we've done enough of them that we don't need to see yours first. Three fields — your name, your mobile, and the pool address — and we'll call you back with a number, usually within the hour during the day.

If you'd rather talk, call. The phone at the top of this page rings through to a person who runs pools, not a call center. Two minutes is usually enough to quote you on the spot and get your first visit scheduled for this week. And if you'd rather skip the form entirely, text the address to (760) 330-4465 and we'll take it from there.

What you're getting for it

Same tech, same day, every week: water tested and balanced, walls and tile brushed, baskets emptied, filter pressure and pump flow read, salt cell and heater looked at, and a photo with the chemistry numbers emailed to you before the truck leaves. Chemicals included. No contract. Your first four visits are free if you're a new weekly customer, and if you're not happy at the end of that month you walk away owing nothing.

If your pool is green, your filter is overdue, or something on the pad has quit, tell us in the text and we'll quote that separately — algae recovery, filter cleaning, and equipment diagnostics are all priced on their own so you're never paying for something you don't need.

How we quote without coming out

Three things: the satellite view of your address, your answers to a few questions, and fifteen years on these exact pools.

The address tells us most of it. From the aerial we can see the pool's rough size and shape, whether there's an attached spa, how much tree cover hangs over the water, and where you are — which matters, because a pool in Shadowridge on Vista's hard tap water and a pool in Fire Mountain under the marine layer need different amounts of chemistry to stay in the same place. Your answers fill in the rest: salt or chlorine, what's on the pad, how the water looks today. The service plans page walks through the six things that move the number.

When we do ask to see it first

Two cases. A green pool is a cleanup before it's a weekly account, and we want a photo to tell you how many days that takes. And if the pad has something we can't picture from your description, we'll ask for a photo of that too. A picture from your phone gets it done. We don't schedule sales visits.

What we'll ask you

Have these handy and the call takes two minutes. Don't know one? Say so — we can usually work it out from the address.

1The pool address

For the aerial and for the route. We need to know which day already passes your house.

2Pool, spa, or both

An attached spa is a second body of water with its own chemistry. It's quoted with the pool, not as a surprise later.

3Rough size

Gallons if you know them. Length and width if you don't. "Bigger than a normal tract pool" is a fine answer.

4Salt or chlorine, and what's on the pad

Salt cell, heater, filter type, automation. Read us the brand names or send a photo. This decides what your tech checks every week.

5How the water looks today

Clear, cloudy, or green. Clear goes straight onto the weekly rate. Green gets a cleanup quote first, then the free month begins.

What happens after you send it

You get a text, not a sales call. Then a visit this week. Then four weeks to decide.

The text

Your weekly rate for the plan that fits the pool, what's included, and the day your route falls on. If we have a question first — usually the spa or the salt cell — you'll get that question, not a guess. Reply yes and you're on the schedule.

The first visit, usually this week

The first stop is a full visit, not an inspection. Water tested and balanced, brushed, baskets, the equipment look-over, and your first photo report emailed from the truck. You don't need to be home; we need gate access and we latch it behind us.

Your free month

New weekly customers get their first four visits free — four full visits, then you decide. Keep going month to month at the quoted rate, or tell us to stop and you owe nothing. Military (active, reserve, retired, or veteran, any branch), first responders, and hospital staff get their first eight visits free; PCS orders pause or cancel the same day, no fee. Details on the military page.

No obligation, and we don't sell your information. The form goes to us and nowhere else.

Quote questions

If yours isn't here, call — the owner picks up.

How fast will I get my quote?

On the phone, about two minutes. By text or the form, usually within the hour during the day; send it in the evening and you'll hear from us in the morning. Either way it's a number for your pool, not a range from a price list.

Do you need to see the pool first?

No. The aerial view of the address, your answers, and fifteen years on North County pools are enough to quote weekly service. We ask for a photo only for a green pool, which is a cleanup before it's a weekly account, or a piece of equipment we can't picture from your description.

What do I need to know about my pool to get a quote?

Rough size, whether there's a spa, salt or chlorine, what's on the equipment pad, and how the water looks today. If you don't know one, say so — we can usually work it out from the address and confirm the rest on the first visit.

Is the quote really free, and is the first month really free?

Yes and yes. The quote costs nothing and there's no obligation. New weekly customers get their first four visits free, then decide; military, first responders, and hospital staff get eight. No contract, no cancellation fee. One per household, and the pool needs to be swimmable to start.

How soon can service start?

Usually this week. The route runs out of Vista and covers Oceanside, Carlsbad, San Marcos, Escondido, Fallbrook, Bonsall, and Rancho Santa Fe, so the first visit goes on the next day that already passes your house. The map is on the service areas page.

What if my equipment is broken — can you quote the fix?

No. We diagnose: we run the checks, put the finding in writing, and tell you whether to run it, watch it, or shut it off. Work that needs a C-53 goes to Pool-Clinic Inc., a licensed C-53 swimming pool contractor, CSLB #1122305. You contract with them directly and pay them directly. We take nothing. See the diagnostics page.

Military, first responder, or hospital staff? Your first 8 visits are free.

Camp Pendleton is our backyard, and we know what shift work does to a pool. Two months of weekly service on us. PCS orders? We pause or cancel, no fee.
