Vista and San Marcos run on Vallecitos water that comes out of the tap at fourteen to eighteen grains hard — you can see it as the white line on your tile and the crust on your salt cell. Down the hill, the marine layer sits on Oceanside and Carlsbad most mornings from May into July and pushes chlorine demand up before the sun ever hits the water. And every one of these places gets a Santa Ana at least twice a year that puts a week of leaves in your skimmer overnight.
I've been servicing pools across all of it for over fifteen years. I've started, grown, and sold route books in this exact market, and the pools I run now are the ones I chose to keep. Every visit is the same visit: water tested and balanced, surface and tile brushed, baskets emptied, filter pressure and pump flow read, salt cell and heater looked at. Because a small part noticed in March is a big bill avoided in July.
Same tech, same day, every week. He tests the water before he touches anything, then brushes the walls, tile line, and steps, nets the surface, empties the skimmer and pump baskets, vacuums if the floor needs it, and adjusts chemistry from what the test said — not from what the calendar says. Then he reads the filter gauge, watches the pump prime, glances at the cell and heater, and writes it all down. You get the photo and the numbers by email before he's back in the truck.
We don't do contracts. If we're good, you'll stay. If you're not happy after your free month, walk away and you owe nothing. And if we ever skip a scheduled stop, that visit is free.
When a pool needs more than a visit — a green pool brought back, a filter torn down and cleaned, a salt cell descaled, or old water treated by reverse osmosis instead of drained — we handle it. When a piece of equipment fails, we diagnose it and tell you in writing what's wrong. The fix itself goes to a C-53 partner you deal with directly. We take nothing on that. We also keep HOA and commercial pools on weekly maintenance, and we'll do the chemistry startup on a freshly filled pool so the plaster cures the way it should.
After every stop you get an email: a photo of your pool, the chemistry numbers, what we did, and anything to keep an eye on. Not a checkbox on an invoice — an actual picture, every week.
